I just sat on my yoga mat for six minutes (Doug E Fresh you’re on) doing chest-opening postures in the vain hope that it might help me to catch a breath through my nose.  It didn’t quite turn out like that…actually what it did was expand my lungs and make me cough.  But like the heat in AZ, fortunately it was a dry cough and not at all painful.

I’m not sure if this in any way qualifies as yoga, since I distinctly recall having heard guru Jeff say on his dvd that “once you’ve lost the breath, you’ve lost yoga” or something to that effect.  But it’s what I did and for the purposes of this little game, we’re going to call it a win.
