I rarely do yoga in the daylight, much less before noon…but I’ve got a paper to finish, class to attend and then I’m meeting a friend to watch either Bones or FlashForward (when did John Cho aka ‘Roldy become sexy?).

Anyhoo, I did a new Ripley practice that included a revolved trikonasana and revolved ardha chandrasana. Oh my. I used tp rolls for blocks. They held up better than a stack of books, but I really need real yoga blocks. By the way, I finally realized that ardha chandrasana translates to half moon pose and not starfish after all, though that is a lovely image.
