Martha Shows Off Her "Ankle Bracelet"

I titled the post in honor of domestic diva Martha Stewart. Why? Because, she has a fantastic method for cooking hard-boiled eggs* and I timed my yoga practice to that tonight.

Once again, I tuned in to JJG’s dvd, did the intermediate arms and abs routine and when the timer went off, it was time to stop doing yoga and start cracking some shells.

*Bring covered pot of salted water to rolling boil. Make sure there’s enough water for eggs to be completely submerged. Add eggs. Return lid. Turn off the heat and let eggs cook for 15-16 mins for soft-boiled eggs and 18 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Perfect eggs every time. Nice, firm yolks and none of the unsightly gray color you get when you actually boil them the whole time.
