cirquedusoleil1I had a very solid 15 minute practice tonight. I put in my old friend Jeff and went a little farther on the dvd that I’ve gone before. The sequence that previously seemed like unnecessary contortionism, and almost offensively so, today seemed like the next natural thing to do. Plus my right shoulder barely occurs as a limitation anymore, which is a miracle.

Today, during my census travels I got a couple things: 1) I’m a lot happier when I’m not all angry and mean and 2) Pain is just a temporary dwelling.

In closing, I’ll leave you with the phrase from the dvd that struck me most tonight. I find it rich for interpretation and exploration.

“Find the center of the wheel, don’t get caught up in the spinning outer spokes.” – Jeff Martens
